Isaac licks the Popsicle and them says "ahhhh" over and over!!

Isaac's eyes in the top image reveal the true nature of Derek's overall objective; Derek is attempting to impale Isaac with a popcicle.
In the second image from the top the yellow leaves on the ground lead one to believe that Isaac is spuing half digested popcicle juice on Derek.
