Rolled over

Today I went into the kitchen and when I came back Isaac was on his belly!! He rolled from his back to his belly!! What a strong boy. I have a video I will upload later.

Woody!?! Buzz!?!

Derek has a new love... Toy Story! He loves Woody and Buzz! If I let him he would watch it all day. The other day when he was watching it, I told him it was time to go to the store. As I was taking him to the car he was screaming "Woody... Woody... BUZZ... Woody". It was cute. I told my mom about his new love and she knew he needed his own Woody and Buzz. He loves them and wants to take them everywhere! Thanks Mom!

Stick

Derek has a stick that he takes everywhere! He will take it with us when we go to the store (he has to leave it in the car) but he loves his stick. It is the first thing he asks for when he wakes up in the morning and at night he says "bye stick". When he is not playing with it he puts in the corner (he like everything in its place). I am not sure why he loves it, but he does and the best thing about this toy is it was free.

Swimming!

Derek loves water! When he was younger he would ask to take 3+ baths a day. But Derek does not like to go swimming! I am not sure what it is about pools but he hates them. Lakes, rivers, sprinklers, puddles and any other type of water is okay but pools... not fun. We keep trying to get him to like the pool but with no luck so far. He will ask to go and be excited until we get there.

Dog Park

Since coming to New Mexico, Kurtis and I have tried to do fun things at night and on the weekends. Derek loves to go to the splash parks, the playgrounds, and the dog park. So these have become a few of our favorite places to go. Anyways, yesterday after church we went to the dog park and took some pictures.

Rocks

Derek loves rocks! But yesterday he dropped one on his thumb!! Poor guy, it does not seem to bother him that much but he likes to show it to me and have me kiss it.
