3 packages yeast 1/2 Cup warm water 1/2 Cup sugar 3 Large eggs 2 Cups warm water 1/2 Cup oil 6 Cups flour 1/2 Cup powder milk 1 T salt
Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand for five minutes. Add remaining ingredients (add flour one cup at a time). Knead 10 minutes. Cover let rest until doubled in size. Punch down dough and roll out to 1/4 inch thick. Use a floured circle cookie cutter. Cut dough. Dip dough circle in melted butter and fold over. Let rest until doubled in size. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
